I went to Fluke Wine, Bar and Kitchen for the first time for a staff dinner w this past weekend. I think it’s become one of my new favorite places in Newport…
We started with a few small plates–we ordered arugala salad and shrimp wontons, but then the owners also gave us potato & chorizo croquettes and kale salad.
For the main course, I ordered dayboat skate with vegetables and fingerling potatoes.
The other plates ordered were ferret–think something similar to risotto–and linguine with shrimp and littleneck clams.
Definitely planning on coming back soon!
